CUSTOMER AND PROCUREMENT REQUIREMENTS

Security Questionnaire Support

Shippers, brokers, insurers and enterprise procurement teams increasingly send security questionnaires to carriers, 3PLs and warehouse operators. We help you answer them accurately, evidence what you claim, and prioritize the gaps that keep appearing.

Who sends these questionnaires

They arrive from different directions and rarely use the same wording.
  • Enterprise shippers running vendor onboarding or annual vendor reviews
  • Freight brokers and 3PLs assessing carriers and subcontractors
  • Insurers and brokers assessing cyber coverage or renewal
  • Customers with regulated end clients passing requirements down the chain
  • Technology partners before an EDI or API integration

What we help with

The goal is a set of answers you can stand behind, not the answers a form seems to want.
  • Interpreting what each question is really asking in operational terms
  • Drafting accurate answers based on what your business does today
  • Identifying which claims you can evidence and which you cannot yet
  • Collecting the supporting evidence: policies, configuration summaries, records and screenshots
  • Writing honest gap statements with a dated remediation plan
  • Building a reusable answer set so the next questionnaire takes hours rather than weeks
  • Prioritizing the remediation items that unlock the most future questions

Accuracy matters more than a high score

A questionnaire is a statement your business makes to a customer.

Overstating a control can affect contractual obligations and insurance response later. We will not draft an answer that your environment does not support. Where a control is not in place, the answer says so and sets out what is planned. In practice, most procurement teams accept a clear gap with a plan more readily than a vague yes.

How it fits with the review

Questionnaire readiness is part of the $995 review, and can also be handled on its own.

The $995 Logistics Cybersecurity and Contract Readiness Review produces the evidence base most questionnaires ask for. If you have an urgent questionnaire and a deadline, say so on the discovery call and we will scope the support separately.

Common questions

Do you complete the questionnaire for us?

We work through it with you and draft answers based on what your business actually does. You review and submit it, because you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you sign.

What if the honest answer is no?

Then the answer is no, with a short statement of what you are doing about it and by when. A documented plan is credible. An inaccurate yes is a contractual and insurance risk.

Will this win us the contract?

No one can promise that. Procurement decisions depend on price, capacity, service and many other factors. What this does is remove security as an avoidable reason to be set aside.

How quickly can you help?

It depends on current workload and the size of the questionnaire. Tell us the deadline on the discovery call and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.
